What you'll do
You'll manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, serving as their main point of contact, and their advocate inside the agency. Working closely with our strategy, creative, digital, web development, and AI teams, you'll build integrated campaigns that deliver real, measurable results.
Your time will roughly break down like this:
Client relationships (40%) — Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand their business deeply. Identify new opportunities. Keep them informed, confident, and genuinely glad to have us in their corner.
Project and budget management (40%) — Own projects from brief to final delivery. Manage timelines, budgets, and internal resources. You know your way around a GANTT chart and a critical path.
Strategy and new business (20%) — Contribute to strategic plans, pitches, proposals, and agency-wide brainstorming. You have ideas. Bring them.
What you bring
- Proven agency experience in an integrated marketing environment, working across multiple media channels
- A degree in marketing, business, or communications — or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; equally comfortable presenting to a C-suite or writing a tight client brief
- Solid project management skills and familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or MS Project
- A genuine understanding of the advertising process and the disciplines that support it
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- A standout sense of style and creativity
